Author commentary

In this chapter we’re introduced to a delightful person called Phillipé. Like James, Phillipé provides an anchor to my, and Mary-Lou’s floundering as we navigate how the Sea Turtle Conservancy base works. Phillipé is a distinct personality and I hope I have captured some of his exuberance in this chapter.
