Chapter 2 - They have bandits there, Miss!

As soon as I remembered the conversation I had with those two year 9 students I knew that would be the chapter title. I remember it as a really funny interchange between myself, caught up in the romance of adventure, nature, and travel, and these two young people excited to imagine bandidos on the streets of Costa Rica. I thought the story would be a good lead into some of the risks I faced and the fears I had, but also bring a little fun into the narrative.
